"I van only say that in doing a few projects in Petersburg VA the rating of how rundown and crime ridden it is were spot on. It's not a place to move to or start a business. Poor levels of education, and quality of life. It's just a place that just never tried to clean its act up and modernize itself. Being next to Richmond VA does not help."
