"Wonderful place to take kids can please be a little pricey sometimes just depends on the festivitie. We will be back for the Christmas events. Also the very young red haired girl that works there is incredible she is so knowledgeable about all the animals and truly cares about them."
"Today’s experience for my 3 grandsons was awesome! Although the Red Barn Farm was not open, the owner (Dinnnita) allowed us to come. There were campers who were familiar with the farm. Winter took us on a tour and told us the history of the rescue animals at the farm. It was amazing to be able to touch, feed and even walk among the many variety of animals! The farm had lots of play items and picnic tables for us to have our picnic! The Red Barn Farm is a true hidden treasure in Dinwiddie!!"
"This was our first time at Red Barn Farm. It was like taking a walk down memory lane. Very warm welcoming, wonderful family filled environment. They made seeing santa quite magical with so much to do. Exactly how it's supposed to be. Can't wait to visit again. We definitely are making a family tradition of going here from now on. Thank you"
"Adorable little farm with a petting zoo area and a little play area with seating for parents. Great array of animals. 2 turkeys followed us around the play area and actually let us pet them. Their calf Buttercup melted our hearts. What a beautiful sweet girl. She follows you around too! Highly recommend. Small and intimate. I found the place on facebook and it was close to home, we called first to confirm they were open. They were= just with a time change from what is advertised, so call first. Also there is no mention of admission fees, just states you can buy feed buckets for $5.00. Got there and was charged $39.00 for 1 adult & 2 kids & 3 feed buckets. Not complaining, just didn't have much cash and was caught off guard. Totally worth it. We had a great time. Will be back for one of their holiday events next!"
"This place is incredible!! If you haven’t been- go!!! Our family went as part of a field trip and we will most certainly be back. Every single animal was so beautiful, incredibly loved and we enjoyed spending time with them. The owners have made this place a wonderful experience for the children and families. We heard stories about each animal, learned more about the animals, and spent time getting lots and lots of animals cuddles. I can’t wait to go back again soon!"
