"I love Dr. Tran and how she listens. She is always motivated to get to the bottom of what the problem is. Not afraid to order tests to rule things out instead of saying "could be this or that, lets give this medication". Front desk is friendly and easy to schedule with. Giving 4 stars because the medical assistant needs more training. He is very nervous every time I come in, very nice but he gets different manual BP readings that dont align with why I am there( I have high BP and he gets my BP normal or low every time but when I say something and he takes it again, its different and different than the doc gets). When I received my vaccine a few months ago, he acted like he didnt know how to do it, being a medical assistant myself (which makes me a little more critical), he asked me questions on how to do the injection. Which I have no problem with, I trained student medical assistants for years. I just would like to see him get some additional training to boost his confidence so that patients felt more at ease as well as himself"
