Will downplay/question all your symptoms, super condescending, genuinely laughable she’s employed at a place with ‘care’ in the name. Caring is the last word I’d use to describe her. Crystal, if you hate people so much, maybe consider another profession."

"This place is awful. My partner got hit by a car and called to see if they would take his insurance as the closest hospital that will is in clackamas. He was told that they would take his insurance so he made an appointment, upon arrival we were told he has to pay out of pocket $200+ and that they cannot bill his insurance. Multiple hours of our time wasted that he could have been getting help elsewhere. Thats not to mention that the people behind the counter didnt even know how to work their computer. These people just want your money and to waste your time."

"I took my daughter here, or tried to, for a minor medical emergency. Staff asked for proof of insurance but never asked what was wrong (priorities, after all). Then I was told no one was available to see my child that day. I told the woman on duty that we had been advised to go to an emergency room, in an attempt to let her know the issue was serious. She laughed in my face and told me to do that. I took a sick child to seek urgent care, and staff laughed in my face."

"Amazing experience and highly recommend! I had gone to the ER and gotten nowhere decided to go here and I am MORE than happy with how thorough Crystal was with the exam! She was very nice, understanding and genuine! I'd see her for all my healthcare needs hands down! Zach and Taryn were so kind and just all around amazing. I highly recommend this place and will likely be back for any future needs"

"Zoom "care" doesn't care and if you are 5 minutes late they will cancel your appointment. People on site and on the phone won't help you. Virtual visits will always send you to a physical location. Big corporation and the employees buy in to not actually serving the community."
