"Living in Portland was the first time I was introduced to One medical and it was a great experience. Everyone was always very warm and friendly and there is a great culture of inclusion for the LGBTQ+ Community and People of Color. I was able to quickly schedule appointments and communicate with the medical team through the app. Dr. Diana Bui is one of the best doctors I have had. My appointments always started on time and she would sit with me and listen to me as I explained my symptoms. I never felt rushed or talked down to. Every doctor's office should be like this! Yes, It sucks that you have to get a membership to get all of these benefits but that is the world we live in and it is worth the money. Also I believe you can still see doctors at one medical without needing a membership."

"This feels like a post-capitalism venture capitalists idea of what do to in a country that is failing its people. You have to pay a subscription of $200/yr on top of your insurance. What do you get for that? An app to schedule your appointments and maybe longer time with your doctor. Our for-profit health care industry is so disappointing and frustrating and this is just adding to our problems."

"Modern and stylish waiting areas, nice music, good WiFi. Not how you would normally describe a doctor’s office, but this one is definitely very different :) All the staff was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful!"

"The lobby area is beautifully designed and easy to navigate. Front desk staff is prompt, friendly, and helpful. Exam rooms are comfortable and private, as well as quiet (why are so many doctor’s offices loud?). Provider was helpful, listened to my concerns, and offered to call in a refill of a medication I was out of, even though I “only” went in for a COVID test. I’ve never had a doctor be willing to help beyond the one reason for my visit — this was so unique and made me feel like the provider actually cared about me as a person, not transactional like so many other office visits I’ve had. I felt informed and empowered after my visit and knew exactly when to expect results and what next steps to follow. Checkout with front desk staff was easy and straightforward. This felt like a white glove experience from the booking process all the way through to aftercare. Highly recommend, will definitely be returning for future healthcare needs, and recommending to anyone who asks. THANK YOU, ONEMEDICAL TEAM!"
