"I wish I could give zero stars. This clinic is an absolute joke of a clinic. I have called every day for 10 days and still have not been able to get my written RX. Everytime I call I have to start at the beginning of the story like no one I speak to takes note of our conversations!! Oh and forget using MyChart, they use temp people to reply when short staffed and conversations that are not resolved are marked as resolved, creating an endless circle of fury. It should not be this hard. My vet clinic runs better than this place. Frustrating as hell!! Go to a different clinic AT ALL COSTS"

"I have been neglected by Dr. Ji countless times. Ever since nurse practitioner Nandeesh left, I’ve yet to leave the clinic feeling satisfied. She’s always contradicting herself by telling you things aren’t really worth it, but that you should still do them. For example, today I asked to be referred to an allergist, she went on a whole speech about how it wouldn’t be that beneficial for me, I said okay then I can pass on that if we can find another solution, and then she cut me off to tell me she thinks I should go see the allergist. It’s just lazy to tell a patient why something wouldn’t be beneficial for them and then not provide any other type of solution or care. She then just prescribed me the same cream I’ve had for my eczema, for another issue that definitely isn’t eczema. I left the clinic today feeling ten times worse than before because I’m extremely tired of going to the doctor about issues only they can help solve, and then getting no real resolution. I always have to come back for the same issue because it’s not addressed properly the first time. My insurance is paying them for appointments that I go into and come out of crying because nothing is done. Then I have to reschedule my appointment to address the same issue and they get even more money from my insurance for again, doing nothing. I come to this clinic because the location is very convenient but at this point, the convenience of the location isn’t even worth the inconvenience the providers cause by neglecting there patients and having a mindset that they need to get them in and out the door as fast as possible."

"Writing this review as I sit here for my annual lab work. This facility is a joke. They absolutely don’t have any respect for patients. They always complain about being understaffed. People of all age’s sitting here and waiting. No way to know how much more time they are going to need. Pathetic…be prepared to sit here for at least 2 hours on any given day and time..yes..even if there are 2 patients in front of you…"

"No communication whatsoever. Trying desperately to get help for my anxiety and they just cancel my appointment with no notice making me waste gas. Just to find out they canceled because they don’t accept my insurance."

"**This review is specifically regarding Dr. Kim. I was mislead into thinking genetic testing I had requested was actually performed. It turns out, the lab wasn't capable of performing tests I wanted but instead of being told the tests didn't happen, I was told everything came back negative. I scheduled a follow-up appointment when I realized what may have happened. As soon as Dr. Kim entered the room it was clear that he just wanted to get out ASAP. He was very condescending about the fact that I had apparently requested "unusual genetic testing" that they can't do. I'm not sure why he tell me that they were unable to do the testing during the initial appt when I requested it. He then proceeded to just do a google search on genetic labs in the area, print a paper with contact info for a lab, hand it to me, and leave without saying anything like "have a nice day" or even telling me how to get back to the lobby. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical "professional"."
