"Service elevator for vendors is horribly slow and the only one available for workers. Vendors backed up on multiple levels having to wait up to 10 minutes at a time. Please make more elevators available to speed up setup and teardown for events. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful with multiple ballrooms to choose from. Any one of these spaces would be great for weddings or large gatherings."

"Great gallery and event wing of the Portland Art Museum. The Kridel Ballroom is a great space designed in 1920s arabic revival style and is perfect for weddings and banquets and as we just did . . . the annual Portland Public Schools HeART of Portland performance art showcase. Visual art was also on display in a dedicated gallery. This was an impressive event showcasing the overall strength of art education ( please pay your $35 art tax! ). Well done PPS and Superintendent Guerro and Arts Staff!"

"This is a fantastic venue for a conference! The ballroom is huge with high ceilings, decorated walls, and an enormous stage. I attended the Horizons Northwest conference and the entire event was flawless, no sound problems, great catering, very clean, bathrooms checked several times a day, and sufficient security."
