"I requested to have my 18 speed hybrid Redline bike serviced, because the chain started jumping/slipping off the cogs and to also fix a flat tire. Phil requested that I do a tune up to see what's wrong. For $110.00 he fixed the flat, but the slipping persisted and the chain actually broke the first day I picked it up from the shop. I'd like to give him a chance to make it right, but he's closed on Saturdays for winter hours."

He changed my damaged inner tube flat, and corrected the completely wonky gear shifting on my mountain bike in less than 1.25 hours, and less than $65. He impromptu installed a kick stand in 7min. He kindly gave me a shifting lesson for my 24speed mountain bike; plus verified / dispelled some "bike knowledge" I Iearned from YouTube. Also, he gave me useful free biking maps and told me about some flat bike places to go to learn how ride without having to navigate the constant hills of my neighborhood. I hope I can sell this mountain bike I just purchased on Offer Up from a total jerk, so I can buy a new used bike from Phil."

"Easy access off SW 320th in Federal Way, plenty of parking in the Twin Lakes Plaza. You'll recognize it by the sign as well as the funky door with bike gear design on it. It's a one man operation with a lot of used bikes, accessories and of course advice! Today we got a nice padded bike seat to replace a crummy one on a bike we've had for a while. Decent prices, no hassles, and easy e-receipt. A good little shop."
