"I had a very poor experience with the manager of the store. I had brought in a defective shirt without proof of purchase. She said she could return it for me if I came back with a proof of purchase, which I spent time to find and brought back to store. She then said she could no longer return it for me because it had been too long. She failed to tell me this prior to me spending an hour of my time looking for this receipt. In the end, I ended up with a defective product that could not be returned."
