"Bought a device to remove the waste from the bottom of the pool, it didn't suck up the sediment from the pool despite the product stating it uses a "fine screen bag". I called it in to the store and they refused to provide a refund because it's "not" supposed to suck up fine sediment and that the product is working as intended. Needless to say I feel pretty scammed out of $44 bucks."
