"I have spoken to many psychiatrists, psychologists, crisis line staff and Dr. offices since my son has turned 18. In my state, kids have a right to privacy for health when they turn 13 so this is nothing new. This office staff is possibly the worst, most unempathetic, unhelpful group of people I have every dealt with as a parent. The office staff needs to be better trained. The psychiatrist seems to be helping my son or I would find a different psychiatrist."
