"I got what I needed. The have a huge selection. But, I initially did my order online, but my 2 of 4 of my jerseys didn’t have the numbers printed on them. So I drove from Vancouver down to Beaverton to remedy the situation. Which defeated the purpose of having the order shipped. Exchanging and getting things printed was fine but would have loved to have the order done right the first time to avoid having to fix it. But my in store experience is great. They are extremely helpful, keeping the lines moving fairly quickly."

"We used their online order system for a team soccer kit. We had three weeks before the first tournament and paid extra to ensure the kit was mailed in time. Two and a half weeks later we emailed because the kit hasn't arrived and were told they accidentally missed getting the kit printed. I drove across town to pick up the kit the following day and was told shipping was non-refundable even though I picked up the kit in person. After asking to speak with a manager the sales associate came back and said shipping would be refunded in 7 to 10 business days. We will see. Overall the experience in the store was not friendly. The shop is filled with little signs telling customers not to stand in parts of the store, not to bounce balls, scan qr code to pick up an order. It is a cold and impersonal experience. Something one might expect at a bad big box retailer or maybe the airport security line. I believe they can do better and I hope my next visit affirms."

"I was asked if I needed help, I replied just looking right now. I was checked on without being pressured though out looking. Once I was ready to talk and ask question's, I was presented with true thoughts, true feelings, real solutions, and helpful options for me to make an informed decision on my purchase. You can find it online but the customer service I received will not come with it. I’m out of town, central California and super happy coming to this store. Especially if your local, support this store for soccer needs. Prices are comparable, but customer service above and beyond."

"We love this place, always fund what we need at good prices. From new clothes, nets, balls, jerseys. They do numbers on the back of custom Jerseys. Always friendly and helpful. Lots of hours and multi locations to choose from. Used sports clothing is nice also."
