"I bought a used car here for my mother and I should have listened to my gut feeling when I asked the salesman if I could take the vehicle to a dealership to have it looked over and was told they couldn't let the car go that long because they sell fast and to rest assured all the vehicles are checked by their service dept. In the end, we needed a complete brake job within the first month of owning the vehicle when only 47 miles had been driven since the purchase that cost us $1,300. Money that could have been saved either by insisting to have the car looked over prior to purchase or just walking away from the deal (lesson learned). Also, I'm pretty sure they get most, if not all of their vehicles from Canada and I'm not sure if they use salt up there but when mechanic showed me the brake assembly prior to repair it was a rusty mess."
