"I would NOT ever recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is awful. I have a job that I can't always give 24 hours notice for missing an appointment. I signed the waiver, but like any other business, I expected to receive a call BEFORE my card got charged. Welp that didn't happen. My card got charged $300 without any warning or notice. I have worked at many businesses with cancellation/no-show fees and we always had to contact the patient prior to charging their card any amount. I disputed the transaction and contacted the business. I have received another charge for $15 for disputing the unauthorized charge. Don't waste your time with this business. The lack of professionalism is an utter joke. WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO."
