"This is an amazing place to go and see the city, got tons of amazing photos and it's amazing at night. The city lights are spectacular and I definitely recommend coming here. Pretty safe area. There's nothing really to worry about but I would still keep an eye out. Definitely come here if you're looking to show something to someone."
"This is a historical building right between 2 of the reservoirs. It has this lovely design with like battlements at the top, as if in order to ascertain the authority over the control of the water. There is usually people sitting by the stairs, either recovering from the hike up here, musicians or some other street performer. Every time I ride by it, I never know what will I run into. Pretty good views of Downtown during the sunsets. The building itself is closed to the public."
