"Several times now they have left boxes in our mailbox that we have been unable to take out due to the size, and have had to resort to cutting the box open to get the items out. The empty box afterwards has also sat in the mailbox with other mail piling on top of it instead of them removing the box. The kind folks at the post office are worthy of 5 stars though! Never a bad experience there."
"They're the comcast of delivery services. They always have excuse why they're not at fault and I'm forced to use them because of the area I live. To be fare to them I could sell my house and move out of this wonderful area. Or only order from businesses that can guarantee FedEx UPS etc will be the only people touching my packages. Hopefully my mail/delivery service doesn't get worst after this review. As it did before when I summited a complaint. Due to getting fed up with my packages getting lost or delivered to the wrong address. So the main take a way from this is they're the best at being the worst and I have to just deal with bad service. Good job USPS another disappointed life long customer..."
"Update 3/16/2021 - Still haven't received the Support Enforcement package. WTH Update 2/17/2021 - Still haven't heard from post office or received anything. Since Covid started, poor service for anything that doesn't fit inside the mailbox. I don't mind things being slowly delivered, it's the handling of mailed packages & large envelopes. I built a shelf for packages just inside the metal & wood gates (out of sight for passer-byers/thieves), driver never uses it, drops packages over the fence in pouring rain. At the very, very least packages could be placed under the eve of the house. A few days ago I received an "envelope to large for box" notice & it stated from child support, so I sent it back with date to redeliver - still haven't received it, could be important. I used to have respect for post office, not so much right now."
"My package was supposed to be delivered on November 22. My whole family was home. I got a message saying that the driver attempted delivery but had "no access to the delivery location". I went and checked to see if my driveway was blocked. (It wasn't.) Was he just too lazy to drive down the driveway to place my package on my doorstep? Yes. I am extremely disappointed in USPS."
"A few days ago I received a note saying the post office tried to deliver a package but they were unable to because of a unrestrained dog. My dog is an inside dog he doesn't go outside without adult supervision ever. The mail person told us last week he had been bitten by a German Shepherd Dog recently and he didn't like to come to our door because of that experience. The letter implies that I am a poor pet owner and is offensive. It has a list of things I can do to be a better dog owner. All of which I have already done. My dog is a pretty big German Shepherd so I understand why someone would be intimidated but pretending to try and deliver mail so you don't have to come to my door is unprofessional. As is reporting that my dog was outside unrestrained and unsupervised because his barking is scary, I know he's loud but I promise he can't get you through the walls. I have a large multi-generational family and neither my home or my dog are ever left unattended. I am giving two stars as I have always had good experiences with the individuals working inside the post office. I changed my review to three stars as the post office is delivering our mail again. However I'm still unhappy with their customer service."
