"Endorsement for Neurofeedback and Dr. Jessica Wendling I have been having problems with sleep maintenance insomnia where I wake up 6 to 7 times a night after each sleep cycle. Then I cannot go back to sleep or it takes a long time to go back to sleep. I had the Neurofeedback treatment with Dr. Jessica Wendling for 6 weeks in October and November 2022.
