"My daughter had a voicemail to bring her twins in today for their appts. We packed everybody up (including a 3 year old) and went to the appt to be told it was not today, but on Friday. The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful or even empathetic to our situation. And my daughter asked for masks when we walked in and were not given one."
"Staff was very nice, fast, and helpful. Easy to understand and they even went out of their way so that we could get a 24hr heart monitor in the same day rather than having to wait a month for one"
"Kind caring staff! They take good care of my boy here. #WellAppreciated! My type of environment #OCDCLEAN #keepShining!"
"The staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They were quick to get pre-authoriztion for procedure we needed the day we visited. We were able to get an appointment right away with no delay. Communication from the office was timely."
"This clinic messed up multiple times. When we entered the building the doctor recommended a heart monitor that is continuous and tracks for 48 hours. When I arrived, we received a monitor that wasn't continuous becuase they couldn't provide the one we needed. They said they didn't have any in stock. Which meant we had to catch our own symptoms. This is extremely difficult for a child whose in school all day. Also it only recorded about 5 times before you have to call into their line to send the recordings. You must have a home phone, landline to use. Even though the nurse tried to assure us we could use a cell phone. I agreed to the monitor because we needed it as soon as we could but the monitor could not transfer the recording through a cell phone. After that we made another appointment to get the correct monitor . After we got to this appointment the monitor was stuck on and then the nurse realized the machine she brought was not set to 48hrs but only for 24hrs (the nurse didn't know how to set it to record for 48). Once again we took the monitor and we were assured that if nothing happened we could have another 24hr monitor placed to complete the 48hrs the doctor originally wanted . We returned the next day to ask for another 24hr monitor and halfway through placing the monitor they told us that we will be double billed due to their mistake. Therefore we had to remove the monitor which was painful and had to leave with no answers after wasting money on horrible service. Months later, I still have a child with heart issues and a huge bill. They were also rude on the phone, horrible at returning calls and never even called us for results. We had to obtain them from our PCP who had to request them."
