"I don't usually write ratings online but I feel this is important for people to know before they decide to take their kids to this place. I tried calling several times to confirm the appointment date I made for my kids, the phone line either goes directly to voice mail for about three hours and then if they pick up they put you on hold for 15 to 20 minute's. It's almost impossible to get intouch with someone at the clinic. Finally when I told the person the phone that I would not want keep my appointment and would like to find another place she didn't seem to apologize for the inconvenience or say they will try to fix the problem. She was like ok, good luck finding what you want. DO NOT GO THERE"
