"Theresa H. MD very unprofessional and ignorant doctor she doesn’t deserve to be called a doctor especially for our children, she never gives advice other than in and out in just few seconds. I don’t recommend this pediatrician for anyone especially immigrants."

"My kids use to come this office for few years and sometimes we wait the doctors even when it passed our appointment time but one day we come late 10 minutes and they told us we removed our office. Very unprofessional doctors and they don’t have remainder appointments time, I will not recommended anyone this doctors. Glad I had found better doctor for my kids."

"Their billing and scheduling team are not very competent and there is a lack of communication between the two teams. I had an urgent appointment scheduled for my twins and when I got there I was told that they were cancelled because of billing issues ! And that billing sent a letter on the 19th telling me that it will be canceled ! However I scheduled the appointment on the 29th and no body said anything (10 days after their billing notification!) and got an appointment reminder one day before the appointment ! I had to take time off of work and bring the 11 months twins and show up only to be told that they canceled ! They should have at least called or notified by text instead of sending a reminder about the appointment. Their reasoning was that the person who cancels appointment is not the same as the ones who schedules them ! This is completely unprofessional and just wasted my time and they wouldn’t even see the kids ! I highly recommend restructuring their billing and scheduling team and work on their communications"

"First time being seen and we had a great experience, lovely little office, respectful and nice staff, I felt heard and understood, gave my son healthy suckers. Dr. Dong and staff took extra time to meet all my needs and questions. Excited to see what they do with my daughter in a few months for her initial visit/12 month exam."

"The front office staff was always friendly and attentive. We had been going to this clinic for 3 years. My kids' doctor was Dr. Hineline. She was also my husband's pediatrician for years. She is a woman of few words and had a "business only" demeanor, but we liked her. She was practical and to the point. It is true that this office is a bit old school in that they don't offer online services like online accounts, online payments or any of that stuff, but we never found this to be an issue. Yes they do not offer appointment reminders, but I mean we are adults. Just set an appointment reminder on your phone. Sadly, we moved out of state or else we would have continued seeing Dr. Hineline. I definitely recommend this place!"
