"We recently moved from WA and were so sad to leave Dr. Dong behind! He has been our family pediatrician since 2008 and is just such an awesome doctor. Yes, the office wait can be very long and in the past the office staff was a bit short tempered but in the past few years they have stepped up their game with a few new hires. Dr. Dong never rushes you, he answers tough question openly and honestly and he is one of the few doctors who truly listens to his patients. My daughters adore him and and recommend him often!"

"I had to wait in the waiting room, for approximately 35 minutes, when I had to be somewhere. He never gets to the point and will talk endless small talk forever and that's probably why I was waiting so long, because he won't stop talking. Overall, terrible and time draining experience. Complete waste of my time"
