"I just returned from a 12 day trip in Bali and had the most amazing time. One of the highlights of my trip was my guide, Suwin :) my boyfriend and I went on four tours with him, as well as got picked up and dropped off from the airport by him. He truly made our trip so much better and I am going to miss him after going back home to the United States. Not only did we learn a lot about Bali from him, we felt so welcomed and safe with him! He went above and beyond for us everyday and constantly had a smile on his face. I felt sad leaving Bali, not just because it was so beautiful there, but because we wouldn’t get to see Suwin again. I would go back to Bali just to be able to see him again. Thank you Suwin for making our trip 100x better and for making me have a special birthday. I will never forget him and the time we shared with him in Bali."

"My wife and I planned a trip to Croatia, Italy & France with our travel agent. The agent worked with Avanti Destinations. Every aspect of the trip went flawless from airlines, hotel stays to our private tours. Every tour that Avanti booked for us was fabulous! The hotels were booked in central locations and walking to various sites in our off times was easy. Avanti Destinations thank you for a trip that memories are made!"

"I would never book with this agency every again. I booked a trip to Italy with my cousin. We have never travel out the US before. The agent that we dealt with never spoke to us before our trip to go over the itinery. She asked us for a copy of our passports at least 3 times before. Our TSA numbers weren't on our airport tickets going there. We had no prior knowledge or guidance on what that would entail. In Rome, they book us in a decent hotel but it was in the heart of a ghetto. I was leaving a restuarant and got my food ripped out of my hands by a drug addict. In Florence, we were not met by anyone to take us to our hotel after getting off of a train. We walked for over an hour. I also go picked pocket in Florence. No cops around any where in Italy. Very dangerous to be walking on the streets there. the native italians cannot stand Americans. The agent never contacted us at all. I will never book again with this Avanti. We should of never been put in a dangerous position like we were during this trip. The train stations in Italy are very dangerous and wo young women should have never been alone in any of them. Also, the plane going there we were in the back of the plane and couldn't sleep because of the loud engines. The agent never went over any of this with us. If it was a night flight we should have been booked in a more upper class seating. This agency got over on two women this time I hope that no ever does again by reading this review."

"Extremely unhappy with the level of service, or lack of service. We used a local travel agent, and she wound up using Avanti for our European travel. KLM canceled one of our flights and Avanti only offered an unacceptable flight which was 12 hours after the one we had booked and would have had us missing our connecting flight back to the US. They claimed there were no other airlines with available flights. I looked and found Norwegian Air after a 5 min search. I booked on my own and they refused to refund the $1k+ canceled flight. They also would not work with us to reschedule a tour we had booked. Not alternatives, just refused."
