"Couldn't recommend this outfit more! Even in the middle of a busy summer season, Darren and Ria were outstanding in helping our family plan a last-minute overnight excursion on the "We'll Sea" yacht. We hoped to get a little taste of the local island lifestyle and felt like we accomplished that plus more. After picking crab pots, touring the local small islands, and seeing all the hoped-for wildlife, we tied up in a small bay and went to shore in the dingy for a crab feast that everyone should experience at least once in life. Comfy beds on board for us and the kids. Hot shower in the morning. Such a great way to capstone our Orcas Island trip!"

"Our day with Darren was the highlight of our trip! Beautiful scenery all day, great boat, saw tons of wildlife, and Darren was the perfect guide- knowledgeable, professional and fun to be around. Caught several fish and took an awesome ling cod with us back to Colorado. Highly recommend!"

"If you do only one thing on Orcas Island, let it be an adventure with Salish Seacrets! We did a half day private cruise on their yacht and savored every moment. If you compare the cost of a cruise like this with a whale watching trip, you’ll be surprised by how affordable it is. Rhi and Darren were attentive, thoughtful and knowledgeable hosts and made the trip really relaxing and fun."

"I would give them a 10 if I could; unfortunately, it isn’t an option. Please know, this rating should be more then a 5…..because they went above and beyond what we had expected. We were in Orcas for 7 full days and we spent three of those days with Salish Seacrets! The first two were fishing and the third was a sightseeing cruise. All three were perfect. We caught Lingcod (and several other types) on both days. The third day, we cruised to various islands and actually docked and hiked as well. What a memorable experience for us (and the other couple with us too)! We can’t wait to go again. If you’re looking for a very laid back, kind, knowledgeable, conscientious pair to work with on your excursion, these two fit the bill perfectly. Enough said, and I hope you get my drift!"

"Going out in the magical waters of the Salish Seas and exploring the surrounding San Juan islands with Darren and Rhiannon, has been my favorite activity of the summer. Bioluminescence, lingcod, crab, prawns, eagles, stand up paddle boarding, hiking, wine drinking, outer island camping. They both are so knowledgable, accommodating, fun and true representations of the unique beauty of the islands. I truly trust my life in their hands with their extensive experience in these waters and I couldn't recommend them more for an amazing, unique adventure."
