"They cancelled on us an hour before we were to set sail, claiming the boat was out of the water for scheduled maintenance. Per their reply - we booked at 9pm Tuesday for a noon departure Thursday. They notified us around 10:30 am Thursday. Their reply means either they failed a safety check Thursday morning and therefore when we booked is irrelevant, or this maintenance was scheduled for Thursday regardless and we should not have been able to book."
