"I went in to get established for primary care with Dr. Andersen. As a disclaimer I have had a history of being gaslit and condescended upon by military doctors and I was hopeful this experience would be different. Unfortunately, Dr. Andersen decided to spend the bulk of the appointment filling the air with an unprompted vague lecture on what he believe the cause of my health problems are. Mind you he did not have any of my medical history available on hand and didn't have the time to listen or address my actual concerns. After the fourth time I tried to address a concern, I quit trying and he went on yet again another irrelevant tangent while talking down to me. There was no agreed upon treatment, only the treatment he insisted upon that I had expressed had not been helpful in the past. Also, as a healthcare provider you should never put hands on someone with a history of trauma without asking first. I waited 4 months to see him for our first appointment and I don't plan to go back. He may be a good fit if you are in good health but I wouldn't recommend him for his bedside manner."

But I must say in all of my 83 years of seeing Doctors I have never met one that I felt was more knowledgeable , caring, efficient, and available than Dr Brad Andersen. His staff is always cheerful, alert, caring and kind with me. Except they make me weigh in on every visit. Just can not imagine any better service and Care than from this man and his staff. Also, if you will note the person that left the one star rating without comments has never met a place she did like. Check it out"
