Tubs Gourmet Sub Sandwiches

"I had heard a lot of good things about this place and really wanted to try it out. Made on order online for several sandwiches and included no mayonnaise on the special instructions line. When I arrived at the restaurant, I wanted to confirm that the sandwich I had ordered had no mayo. The person at the counter stated that it did have mayonnaise on it and that they did not see or check the special instructions line that said no Mayo. I was told that if I wanted a sandwich with mayo I was free to purchase another sandwich. I asked the customer service person why they wouldn't just simply fix the mistake and make a sandwich with No mayo and exchange out. They said that that was not their policy. They called the manager who reiterated that it was not their policy. (To not fix mistakes about sandwich toppings?) I was told repeatedly that it was not the restaurant's fault and that I would have to buy an additional sandwich if I wanted one with no mayo. Still trying to figure out why this happened and why the staff was unwilling to fix a minor issue. I kept my cool but mentioned that it was a bit effed up. Person working the counter suddenly got very upset and said that he would be letting the manager know that I cursed him out, was causing problems. and that the guy behind him had just started that day and I was making the counter person look bad by saying the word f--k. And what a horrible day I was creating for their staff. Seriously what in the actual? Every other place I've ever been to that's made a mistake on toppings has just switched it out immediately."

"Stumbled on this place while out running errands. It's just a block or two outside the area I travel once in a while, so I had never seen it. I literally ordered the very first thing on the menu before I realized how big their menu is and how much great sounding things they have. I was not disappointed, but definitely need to go back and try more things."

"Fast service and a few tables and chairs indoors! No posted menu but there's some paper menus near the left most entrance. I tried the Hawaiian and it was very good! Ingredients tasted high quality and fresh and was great for a quick lunch."

"Still going strong. Delicious options for sandwiches. They said they couldn't cut the sandwich in quarters but were able to which we were appreciative."

"Good food, nothing special or unique per say, but good. We tried the Mediterranean Sub Sandwich, one of the salads, and the sides offered. The Garlic Pasta side was particularly enjoyed. OK spot for a quick sandwich pickup, but definitely has that chain restaurant feel."
