"Well, what can I say except that, this time when I went in they had me sign to pay and they took my money to draw blood and get it analyzed but, they didn't take my blood to get it analyzed and it was them who kept telling me it was time for my 1-year follow-up to have blood drawn and taken to have it analyzed and oh, by the way, it was two years since they last took my blood but, I went in today and was supposed to be there at 4:40 p.m. and even though I was right on time the receptionist chewed me out for not being there early and I said "well, the voice mail message you left me on my machine said to be here at 4:40pm and here I am at 4:40pm so.. you can't put that on me.." and then she went out of her way telling me (as if I wanted to know) that "it was their policy to basically tell their customers to be there early" and, I didn't need to hear all of that.. I didn't need to hear her defend her own butt and position because they told me to be there at 4:40 p.m. today and there I was but yet I got chewed out so after they took my weight and temperature they put me in a room and ask me if I was still taking my medicines and I said "yeah" but this time they didn't go through each individual medicine asking me if I'm still taking this and how much or if I'm still taking that as well.. but was simply asked "Are you still taking your medicines?", "yep" I said, and that was it so, they just didn't seem to care enough to ask me about each of my individual medicines like they have always done before but just simply asked me if I'm still taking them so, what am I to think? I waited for the doctor and he came in.. and we went through the greetings and formalities and then he just started talking about the results of my blood test from 2 years ago that we Already Discussed 2 years ago! And so he asked me a few questions here and there about any pain or anything like that.. etc.. etc.. and etcetera.. and then after we went through the patient-doctor routines he said "Have a good night" .. sent me out to the front desk to get a card from one of the receptionist out front and when I went out there, they weren't at their desk so I waited and waited and no one was out there to meet me and I wound up going home paying for blood work today but they never took my blood so, I started going out to the car and then turn around and tried to go back in but they lock the door, I stood there at the door ringing there after hour doorbell on the outside and stood there and waited and then one of the receptionist looked at me turned around and went back through the back door and hid herself from me.. what more can I say or think except, what the hell!!??"
