"We received an estimate for services prior to scheduling our appointment, as a child we had recently taken guardianship of needed significant dental work due to prior neglect. The day of services, they told us we would have to pay an additional amount of approximately $1,100 over what was initially quoted. When I told them I did not have another $1,100 that day to cover the surprise expense and that I would need to schedule another appointment to cover the additional services, the office manager literally shouted at me and threatened to call the state and report me for neglecting this child. Her behavior and attitude were WILDLY INAPPROPRIATE, rude, and completely without empathy or understanding. It will be a cold day in hell before I would ever return to this business and I have been telling everyone about my experience here. It is noteworthy that the actual dentist and dental staff were wonderful and kind, but, that office manager is the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered in health care and has no business working in a setting geared towards children."

"We have had such a great experience with Harbor Dental. My youngest had a negative experience at his last dental office, which left him dreading going to the dentist. Harbor has helped his anxiety so much! The staff is always so kind, and patient. Doctor B is wonderful! Everyone is very personable. Today I called in a panic with a concern, and Danel (sorry if I spelled this wrong) took my call. She was so helpful, kind and helped get us scheduled and in quickly to take care of my son! Can not recommend them enough! ❤️"
