"I only give 1 star because the check in process is awful. Sitting g in the street for an hour while trucks from all directions cut in line. Very un organized. Other than that it's fine. Plenty of room to back in. Fast unload. No overnight parking g anywhere near this place"

"We have never had an issue in over 4 years. A very easy non stressful experience. The efficiency of checking in sometimes is a bit questionable due to the street parking but it always works out for us."

"Everyone was great! Unloaded quickly. I got 15 minutes before my appointment. A few trucks in front of me on the road, but the line moved quickly. There are a few places on the road before the entrance to wait, but it's a toss-up. .My appointment was 2100."

"There is always a queue in front of the security booth, and trucks sometimes block the intersection. There is little room for maneuver on the frozen side. The lady in the office is just awful, rude and ill-mannered for her age."
