"These folks always keep this place running smooth and calm. I have been impressed every time I ate here. The managers the chef, servers, all have been professional and friendly. Considering the disaster that Seattle is in general; I have spent many late nights catching up on work on my laptop. Occasionally a drifter wonders in and quietly he is asked to leave if not buying food. It’s rough but this isn’t a shelter. Starbucks is the other place I work out of frequently and they have a problem with homeless camping in all their lobbies. This place does not. And they always deal with it quietly and politely. I am absolutely impressed. Food is always surprisingly great considering the price. Actually; it’s cheaper than Jack In The Box Taco Bell etc if you compared entrees head to head. Also worth noting the men’s room I can speak on; is the cleanest customer bathroom in Seattle I’ve seen so far. This was THE location we went to growing up and it’s now my favorite after midnight diner. Highly recommend! -Ryan Hell"

"Me and my fiancé went here for breakfast and apart from the two sets on the table we ordered a cold brew which had SPOILED MILK. It tasted SOUR! Im a barista I know when milk has gone bad. I didn’t create a scene, I smiled and told the waitress in the ponytail that it was spoiled and to take it off the bill. She came back shortly with the food bill and charged 12 something for my breakfast (pancakes with the cream topping) and my fiancé 14 something for plain pancakes with exactly the same sides. How? Why? I noticed but because we were in a hurry I paid AND TIPPED. We did not order BYO if that’s what your justification is going to be. Did you think I tried to score a free drink so you overcharged me deliberately for something else? Don’t do this to people out of spite."

"I used to love eating at Deny's , At least twice a month , as time goes by with bad service but still good food I would keep coming to Denny's in Burien , I mean sometimes the service is ok, and it was the case on Tuesday December 5 at about 6:00pm , I decided to go here with my family for dinner , the place was very empty , but still the server fail to get me a decaf coffee instead she brought me a coke , also she was on the phone and not paying attention to her customers, but the deal breaker for me was to find a hair and some kind of plastic on my fries, I love Denny's but after that day is over for me , I couldnot eat anything there even if it was for free, No more Denny's for me, Be aware of the Clean lines at this place ,"
