"Pulled in just now to get a breakfast sandwich. Sat at the drive up order box for about a minute. Finally a voice comes on and says something at a really low volume- I ask them to repeat and she says "we're closed". It's 7:45 a.m. on a Friday.....but they are closed? Seriously? There was no explanation of why or anything either. Guess I won't bother to come back."
"I would avoid this place like the plague you know the only foods you get is too hash browns was most I wouldn't mess with this place they didn't even give me a trade either I just had a bag so yeah if you want service don't go there. The owner responded to my comments but it really doesn't make any difference because I've been there before and it hasn't been any good I mean if I wanted to hash browns I just ordered two hash browns anybody to do that that's not that hard to do it's just not that good to just have hash browns."
"Years ago this Jack in the Box location was good but now it should just be shut down. The food is no longer edible. It is just thrown into your bag not even wrapped up. Condiments are not available when requested anymore. There is no temperature to anything even the bag that it is in is cold. The staff is not happy to be there. There are as if they are just going through the means to an end. There is absolutely no customer service so there is no need to go back to just be treated the same again because your just throwing away your money and wasting your gas and time that you can be getting quality somewhere else."
"Dining room smells of pee, all tables are greasy and dirty the girl who took my mother order did not give her the correct items (mom is partially blind) when I came in with receipt to get the missing items I ordered for myself and my order was I correct as well. The young girl was to focused on laughing with her friends then working. Overall disgusting terrible experience if you want quality fast food I recommend the other location on 128th st vs this 1st ave location"
"Ordered the Snoop Munchie Meal and they didn’t have the Brownie in stock, so they asked me what I wanted to replace it and I just said “a small cheeseburger would be fine.” Not only did I get the burger, but they upped my drink to a Large and coolest of all, they gave me a Jack Pineapple Air Freshener that I didn’t even know existed! Excellent service guys, you didn’t have to do any of that, it’s really appreciated to see service like this is still out there. You rock!"
