"Went here to get contacts fitted for the first time ever so that I could wear them for my wedding. (I went in 4 months before I needed them) they told me they had to order a sample set for me to make sure it was the right prescription values before ordering a full set. Went home and I could only see out of one eye. I called and they made me an appointment to adjust them and see what was wrong and they were never able to get my prescription right. It was a full on cycle of them sending me home with more and more test samples all different values and they were never able to do it right. This went on for weeks and I never got to wear contacts for my wedding. Wishing I would of gone somewhere else instead. I kept trying even after the fact. The last time I tried making an appointment they told me it had been too long and that I needed to get another eye exam. Why would I have to do that when it was their fault that it had taken that long? Please save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that actually cares about their patients or just someone that knows what they’re just doing in general."

Everyone in this department was good; they appear to be congenial with one another, flexible, and caring. ... and your prices are significantly lower than at most other opticians. Thank you"

"Kari was amazing and so knowledgeable. My wife and I ordered glasses at the Costco in Vancouver off of 88th street. We were greeted by Kari and she was able to find both of us a couple of great frames for our new prescription lenses. Very nice and helpful. Really appreciate the outstanding service we received from her."

"I have been unable to get any kind of assistance in having my old frames refitted with new lenses. I know they offer this service, but each time I've asked the sales people have been excessively rude and aggressive in their refusal. I understand that not all frames are able to be refitted, but that's for their lab personnel to decide, not their sales people."

"Called last week with questions Zack ( I’d give him 5 star) out where lenses are was a great help & full of information I was thankful. He transferred me to the optometrist so I could make an appointment it was a recording so I left a detailed message including “look forward to hearing back from you” one week later I’ve heard nothing! I get things are different in our world today but I suggest the message state we will “TRY” & call you back or sorry not seeing patients currently not leave a person hanging wondering! Did I mention it’s been week! So I shall go back to the Wilsonville one it just isn’t close for me anymore Vancouver was going to be. Looking at other reviews seems something needs to change to better accompany the Patients!"
