"I set an appoitment for flu shot for my Dad online. When we went to the Pharmacy at our time i set, the Parmacist told me they don't take same day appointment and she said there shorts staff...How should i know that? They shouldnt have the online appointment open for the time they have available in the afternoon if they dont entertain people who set an appointment. And they should take down their signs that they take walk in for vaccine."
"I have been coming here for years and using this pharmacy. They are so short staffed and have been for a while. Besides filling prescriptions all day long and waiting on customers, they are busy giving shots and all kinds of vaccines. I realize that they don’t answer the phone like they used to but people get a grip….they do the best that they can. Everywhere you go is short handed now. It doesn’t matter where it’s at. Please give these people a break."
"I tried calling in a prescription for a patient for three full business days, never received any calls back. After I called Safeway's Customer service twice I finally received a call back and I was informed that I could leave a message on the voice mail. I informed that pharmacist that if I cannot get a call back after leaving messages twice a day for three days that I don't have a lot of confidence that they actually check the voicemail. I was told they're really busy giving flu shots and she doesn't have time for this... pretty sure filling prescriptions is your primary job duty!"
"Totally incompetent pharmacists. I left an prescription with the completely unfriendly receptionists. She had me fill out a form for a transfer of my prescription. After a week, no refill or call. When I called they couldn't find the forms I filled out. Said they would look but I doubt they will. Never heard back."
"They do not answer the phone. They do not check their voicemails from two days ago. They do not call you back. They do not have common medications in stock. And when you confront them about it, they are full of excuses about being understaffed. They probably are understaffed, and if this is the way they function when understaffed, then they should be shut down by the state. Please go to any pharmacy other than this one. They provide such sub-optimal care I don't think you could even call them a pharmacy."
