"Called Neff's Masonry as my front brick pillars were literally falling apart. I told him the situation, he came out ( ON A WEEKEND!! ) to review so he could start an estimate. Got back to me quick, set up the job, and it was done. They worked more than 8 hrs each day, were friendly and answered my sons million questions while they were trying to get work done. "After providing us with a quote to do our concrete sidewalk, and given the ok to start, 2 months later heard nothing from him. I called him for follow ups always being told “two more weeks.” 4 months later he hasn’t returned any phone calls or text messages and never showed up to actually do the job. If 0 stars were a option that would have been my correct choosing."
