"We had an awesome time with our raft rental through Chris and the staff at Luna Rafting! We've gone on guided raft trips before too, as well as tubing. A fun time whatever you do with this company!"

"We had reservations for our family of seven. When we pulled into the parking lot, it was thundering and we saw lightening. We got out of the car to see about a refund since we thought there was no way they would send us out into the river while it was lightening. The employee told us we could still go that it was rain or shine. I asked if he wouldn’t get into trouble for sending us out in lightening because they would be liable if something happened. He said we would sign waivers. I said we were not doing that and I wasn’t comfortable putting my kids into the river while it was lightening, so he told us no refund. I followed up with two emails asking for a refund due to the lightening, but they were ignored. This experience might be fine, but I would never recommend it due to the fact that they didn’t care about our safety. If you still want to try this company, I suggest not making reservations because they will either put you in the river while it is lightening or you lose your money."

"The dog Mazy was amazing. Rafting was awesome too no complaints at all just make sure you bring some kinda pool shoe’s definitely will help out trust me. Also the dog was freaking awesome goodest girl ever. Throw her ball with care."
