"I would say for a professional physical therapy this is one of the most Unprofessional places I’ve been to, they are unorganized, they are not on time and do not acknowledge there patients. Nobody is ever at the front desk and when there is you get ignored. If your running behind on your patients at least notify them would of been much appreciated. Very very unorganized business."

"0 stars. Poorly managed, chaotic, unprofessional. I arrived on time for my appointment with Joey. No front desk staff. Two therapists were working with patients. One of them was the therapist I was scheduled with- Joey. Neither of them acknowledged me. 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment I left while my therapist was working with another patient. When I left I stated “my appointment was 15 minutes ago. This is not okay” Both Joey and the other therapist directly looked at me and said nothing. 0 stars."

"Ive had back pain for months & went to multiple chiropractors before coming to Epic and had no relief. Coming here has helped so much. I feel like all my concerns are always heard, Dana and Monica are great about that. They are extremely knowledgeable and talk you through everything that way you understand what exercises and stretches help your specific need. I didnt have much hope for my back til I came here and now I feel like I have a solid plan to get my strength back on track."
