"I am posting this anonymously for my own privacy, but Anne actually changed my life. That sounds dramatic, but it’s true. I saw Anne for a few years, at times on and off due to my own schedule, but mostly consistently. She allowed me to unpack years of trauma and really bad coping mechanisms. She helped me find myself. I couldn’t have done it without her. It’s been many years since our therapy ended. But I have constant reminders of all I learned during our time. She was patient, kind, and caring.
