"Stephanie will find and get those spots . She's magical like that. She can fix you but be prepared for the pain. I'm a baby so I can't handle" not deep tissue " massage. If you can then you'll be healed in no time. Listen to her. She knows her craft. She's the best!"
"This is a great place to have a massage. The therapist are attentive to your requests. The rooms are inviting and relaxing. The surrounding area is quiet. They also take insurance and that process was flawless for us. We have used other massage businesses in the area, none have been as good as this one. Highly recommended 10/10."
"Updated: I've gone to this practice for many years now. Once the original owner retired, a new owner stepped forward, and she is one of the original therapists I knew when I first started coming to this wonderful business. Still a 5 star establishment for me. The therapists continue to care for my needs and listen to my concerns. Even when I have more health challenges now, they are still concerned how to best take care of my massage needs. They are still booked solid most of the time, so it's hard to get in on a whim or short notice."
"Thank you to Bruce and the new owner for making patient care the least of their priorities. Upward and onward. Bruce, Just saw your response to my review and thank you for reinforcing it with your attitude. To address a few points let me first state your privacy policy. At no time is your personal information shared with an outside party, unless required by law by the police, or in a medical emergency situation. The above is your privacy policy, found on your website. Despite this, you disclosed the following personal information to the general public; my relationship status, my partner’s name (who is also a client and covered by the privacy policy), the number of appointments I have had, who my massage therapist was (and who my partners was), and information about my account. Future customers should really be concerned about how much their privacy is cared about. Then, a few points about your response. My partner saw multiple massage therapists there including you. She finally settled on Amon and recommended me to him. She did not recommend me to anyone else, including you. So yeah, we have more experience combined than just with Amon. You especially were a therapist she did not ever want to return to, hence the exclusivity with Amon. You list out plenty of changes including ownership, scheduling, staffing. What notifications were sent to patients about these changes and the impact they may have? None. You have our email addresses, nothing was ever received. So yeah, we had a basis there – lack of communication especially about upcoming changes equates to lack of caring about patients. There was no concern about you specifically retiring, but the lack of communication. You have large windows of time where nobody can get through on the phone, and as owner have never seen you step up and help with the shortage at the front desk. You note I have had 6 appointments and even ignoring my partner’s added experience with the location, how many appointments do you require your customers to have before they can form a valid opinion about your business? Just out of curiosity for others to know how long they have to be there before their feedback is considered valid. Finally, I doubt you will do this, but go ahead and refund the account credit. You have my address on file and can send a check. I don’t expect that to happen though and if not, I would like all funds left on my account to be directed to Amon as a tip for the awesome work he did. Because in light of our frustrations, and in light of your response to my review and the other latest review, amazing how the only things said positive in the last 4 months is about Amon only, I will never step foot in this location to use that credit."
"I’ve been going here since I had my car accident. Great staff, very friendly. Even though I was skeptical to see a male therapist , Kevin made me feel comfortable and does a good job! Christie, Nikki, and stephany are awesome too! Also want to mention how friendly is Kim(receptionist) you will get to see a smile every time you walk in :) The whole team is great!!"
