"The front desk is so nice. However, the doctors didn’t explain anything and told me everything that could go wrong due to their experience with people of my skin tone. However, no solutions advice or opinions offered and what could go right. My issues were dismissed and I didn’t show up for my procedure because I didn’t know what was going to happen based on my 3 minute dismissive new patient office visit. If you need an appointment they will get you in but if you’re looking to be treated with concern and care, they are too busy. They only have time to enforce clinic fees. I recommend to people who don’t need details about their care management."
"They’re a racket beware. Called for a contract eye exam. I was scheduled for just an exam. Asked before I came in if I would get a trial pair. Got there 15 minutes early. They didn’t take me back until 30 minutes after my appointment, after they took 5 other people back that got there after me. I asked the front desk what was going on she was more interested in fluttering with the male customer. A tech did my eye exam. Finally got to see the doctor who informed me they don’t have trial pairs of contacts they have to order them. It would take two weeks and I would have to come back for a fitting. Never in my 20 years of wearing contacts have ever had to come back for a fitting its normally done same day. I asked what happens after the fitting? She said, “ you’ll have to come back and order” so that means you will change my insurance twice for an exam and 3 copays. Absolutely not. Called my insurance company told them what happened. They should have changed my health insurance for an eye exam not my vision they charged my vision. Called their billing the the person I talk to said the front desk didn’t even put my health insurance down. Had to go over everything with them. Will never go there for anything or recommend. Also my eye is in flames from their drops they put in and it all watery. I positive the tech scratched my eye wile performing the pressure test."
"I got the worst eye exam in my life here, which was terrible because I waited 6 weeks for my appointment. When I arrived, the front desk had me standing there for 10 minutes to get my insurance information. When I was taken in, I had a tech taking my eye exam, not a doctor. She dyed my eye and numbed but twice. After that, she tried to take my eye pressure with the blue light 5 times, acting like it was my fault for her inability to take her probing at my eye for minutes. Then I was told to wait to get my contacts fitted. I waited for 30 minutes. Finally, a doctor came out and saw me, and fitted me without any further problems."
"Saw Elizabeth Quinn as a new patient for an appointment regarding my skin. What a terrible experience and waste of time. She seemed to be in a rush to get the visit over asap and spoke extremely fast with medical terms as if I graduated from medical school. Not once did she properly explain her assessment, what those medical terms meant, or what the prescriptions she ordered would do for me."
"I have a similar experience as others who have given 1-star ratings recently. One positive thing about this location is they can get you in quickly for an appointment. The quality of the appointment and the competence of staff and providers once you get that appointment, however, leaves much to be desired. I came here for an eyelid condition last year. Saw two different specialists, neither of whom had any idea what it was, but each gave conflicting guesses. The prescription topical cream they wanted me to put on it would have been $400 out of pocket after insurance. Luckily it was not in stock in the area so Cascade gave me an alternative that was still going to be over $100 out of pocket. When I pushed back that there must be something more affordable, they gave me one that was going to be $7 out of pocket and it turns out the $7 prescription works exactly the same as the $400 prescription. Obviously this place is getting kickbacks from big pharma when they push the expensive stuff. This year I came in for a different skin condition and was again disappointed by the provider and the front desk staff. The provider completely missed the cause of my condition because she did not ask the correct diagnostic questions during my initial exam and the front desk staff did not know how to bill the proper insurance so I ended up having to pay out of pocket. They interrogated and harassed me for 40 minutes about insurance (because they are literally that incompetent) when my actual medical appointment only took 5. I was in tears with frustration by the time I left. I worked in medical billing for years. I can’t imagine having to deal with this office as a person who didn’t have that background."
