"Getting a lot better! The busiest pharmacy by far but the ladies are quick and helpful when one has questions."

"Staff too lazy to call the pharmacy and have my meds transferred to them (apparently the pharmacy you're transferring to has to call the one you're transferring from-stupid but anyway). Told me to call my Dr and have them send a whole new rx when I have 8 refills on this one. They're not going to want to do that. Bunch of hoops and delays for no reason. I work in medical, you don't just give out new prescriptions when there is one already standing with multiple refills. The insurance company wouldn't pay for a duplicate rx. The Dr office would have to cancel the one that's already been filled that has refills and then send a new one. That's a hassle for everyone involved except this lazy pharmacy staff. I call a different pharmacy, picking up in an hour no problem."

"This pharmacy has gone completely downhill. Pre-covid they had a pretty good team there, now everyone is clueless and rude. Recently switched insurance to Medicare, they cannot get it right in their system. Constantly want to greatly overcharge while trying to convince me it's "not too much," as if they are used car salesmen. Today had $100 rx, they tried to charge $69 (it's not too much), final price was $6."

"i am without my medications for 3 days now. i called in to see what was going on with my medications. this is something the dr's office & pharmacy should communicate amongst each other. they have me calling back and forth at least 3-4x today with NO results and still without my medications!! i cannot believe this is happening. i am dealing with severe withdrawals & these people can care less! i get all kinds of run arounds and what ever is going on between my dr's office & pharmacy is not getting resolved."

"I'm actually writing this after no longer using this pharmacy because I transferred to a new pharmacy after I moved 8 months ago, and I am realizing just how good I had it before with this pharmacy. My prescriptions were always filled promptly, even controlled medications, which have to have a renewed prescription monthly, were filled shortly after being sent to this pharmacy. They always answered the phone, were polite and friendly, the pharmacy was well stocked, they answered my questions and I never had any issues to speak of. I seriously feel like sending this pharmacy a card or gift basket because after transferring to another pharmacy where the phone rarely gets answered (maybe twice out of ten times calling and waiting on hold 30 plus minutes each time), the pharmacy shuts down for the whole day randomly, I've been yelled at and hung up on when the phone did finally get answered once after waiting half an hour, my prescriptions are never ready and I have to go in to talk to the staff and wait an hour in store to get anything filled even if it has showed "in processing" for days on the app. My new pharmacy never remembers me and acts totally apathetic that I exist. I'm sure this pharmacy isn't perfect, but dang they have their act together between efficiency and being polite. My doctor's office used to be in the same parking lot and my prescriptions would be called in during my appointment and I'd walk over and get them right afterwards. Now that's service. I never had to have the massive anxiety that I have now never knowing if I'll be able to access the medication I need daily. So thank you, CVS Pharmacy staff in Target at the Renton Landing. I appreciate you and how much easier you made my life for the years I went to you. I miss your pharmacy and wish you all the best."
