"Always fast service. Friendly staff at every location I visit. Thank you Lanaya Willing PS. Of all the other drug stores ie: Rite Aid, Bartells and even Walmart, (I like Walmarts off brand face cream the best) I still consider Walgreens as #1."
"I arrived right before they close (I just got off work) and I really needed a prescription that had to be transferred from another Walmart. Although they were about to close, the pharmacist, Van, took the time to call the other pharmacy and fill my prescription right then. She really helped me out and it would have been a lot easier to make me come back some other time. Thank you Van for your excellent service and compassion!"
"They gave me the wrong medication for my dog and blamed the mistake on my veterinarian's office. They refused to take accountability for their mistake and did not refund my money."
"It's alright. I've been here quite a bit. I like the location and have never really had a major problem. I have worked in customer service for 6 years so I can't help but have a personal opinion. Healthcare and insurance/medications/etc are a sensitive and unique subject. Some people may not understand that world fully, and it seemed like the last time I went in I felt like I was treated like an idiot. My bill was not something I could afford at that time so I asked if I could buy a smaller quantity...the woman helping me kept sighing and was visibly irritated. It made me feel like an inconvenience. She did her job, and everything worked out. I was told later there was another window I should have went to. On the phone the man made me feel like it was all my fault. He said the medication was changed 4 or 5 times which I wasn't aware of. I was asking the women for help and I was honestly very confused- and was just trying to spend a particular amount I could afford. They told me I needed to have the amount figured out beforehand. But how can I figure out how much I will owe on my own when insurance can be so random? They tried to resolve the issue on the phone after this experience but it honestly made me feel worse. Unfortunately."
"1 star is too many. I have never witnessed such dedication to incompetence in my entire life. There has been an issue literally (and I am using that word correctly) every time I have been there. Today I called to see that the medication my physician called in was ready. I was kept on hold for 20 minutes. I tried to call again, and was hung up on. So I got into my car and made the trip, only to be told that they had received no such communication. I went home, and find out that the pharmacy tech had screwed up and it HAD been there. This is the second time they have done this in 9 months. They cannot properly estimate pickup time. They will often say 45 minutes, when in reality it is two hours. Several weeks ago they asked if I was going to wait the 45 minutes in the store. I said "Yes, I am just going to go get some coffee." When I went back they hadn't started filling, believing that I meant I wasn't going to be back for several hours. They had to order a medication on which I depended to live because they didn't have it in stock. I had ordered in advance precisely anticipating this, as they are often out of any astonishing number of medications. They assured me it would arrive in 3 days. When I went there at that time, they said "It might be another 5 to 7 days." Walmart is the preferred provider of my insurance plan, but I don't care: for my sanity I simply cannot use this pitiful excuse for a pharmacy ever again."
