"I’ve been using Capsule in Seattle for my monthly medication deliveries for the past few months and it’s been a great service. I set the delivery time for when I’m working from home and the deliveries are prompt and I’m always told when the delivery driver is close to my apartment. No delivery issues yet. It’s so much easier to remember to refill when I can pull up the app and make my order as soon as I notice I’m getting low on my medications (vs having to plan a trip to the pharmacy). I used them in New York and found the transition to the Seattle pharmacy really easy. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an easier way to manage your medications."

"Do not join Capsule. Medication was not delivered multiple times despite waiting through the whole window. They don’t tell you it’s not coming until after the window has passed. No apology. Just a big waste of time. Even rescheduled deliveries fail. Customer service is inefficient and lacks knowledge."

"The pharmacy is a great idea, but plagued by technical issues and its disjointed customer service pales in comparison to similar business models like Alto. They’re unreliably stocked, and the infrastructure is even more unreliable, leading to an eternal guessing game of “Will I actually be able to get the medication I need this time?” Capsule doesn’t hold up against similar online pharmacies. If their tech infrastructure and overall service was greatly improved, it absolutely could."

"My doctor recommended this pharmacy and I am blown away. I have used them for multiple prescriptions and they are fantastic!!!!! They send me a link when my prescription is ready - you can easily pay and schedule a delivery at your convenience. They make it soooo easy and user-friendly! 5 star service and their delivery employees are also so kind and friendly. I plan on using them for all my prescriptions moving forward."

"Capsule is the best! Once you try them out, I promise that long lines at Bartells/QFC are not gonna cut it anymore. Same day delivery if you order early enough, and everyone is friendly and personable at every stage of the process. If I could give them a higher rating than five, I would."
