"Pharmacy is closed today, not pharmacists available. I plan on switching to another pharmacy, things have gotten progressively worse, from meds not being in stock to empty shelves. The people are nice that work there, and it is convenient, but if you want to be a pharmacy, you can't be closed."
"Communication is horrible, text messages saying things are ready are wrong, and the lines are ridiculous. Moving my RXs to Safeway on Rainier this week actually as Walgreens has been “out” of a daily medication I need with zero communication about it other than they are out. I felt like I was in a rite aid, how can you be out of meds for two weeks that people take on a daily basis?"
"I have to agree w/all the negative comments. The service is poor and the prescription tracking sucks. Even refills no longer prescribed by doctor are filled & charged; can’t get your $ back either on their error! Drive-thru is the worst on all accounts."
