"The customer service, or lack thereof, is astounding in the worst way. The woman who is typically working the drive-thru window (white, mid-50’s give or take, with glasses and dark brown hair) is about as friendly as what I assume a cactus would be. She is lazy and incompetent. I have had nothing but bad experiences every time I swing by to grab a prescription. It’s missing, not ready because they have the wrong identifying information - like my son’s birthdate for instance, and try to blame that on ME. I told this woman his date of birth and first/last name TWICE, she proceeded to only look it up by his DOB which was sent over incorrectly by the “doctor’s office”. Because she couldn’t locate it by that, she quickly tried to dismiss me. “We don’t have a prescription for that date of birth.” Didn’t try and look it up by his NAME that was provided to her, or a phone number, nothing. And then gave me an attitude starting with, “You said…” in a snarky tone. Yeah, I SAID 11/28/22 because THAT is his date of birth, it isn’t my problem that you had it in as 2002. My god, where do they find these people?"

"Very Clearly Untrained only had half my prescription given to me and waited nearly an hour and half just to get the other half of my meds because the lady had to wait for one of the other Co workers to complete a covid vaccine if your gonna leave employees unattended MAKE SURE they can do their job 100% incompetence and unprofessionalism will NOT be acceptable in a place where people NEED fast efficient service"

"If there was a 0 I would choose it. Horrible place for losing prescriptions, following through with refills, get a different story for each employee, a joke. Been getting meds for 14 years in Spokane fm never a problem. Don't go there."

"I am generally a loyal Fred Meyers customer. Today however I went to a different store than normal because I was getting my vaccine there. So I also decided to shop. For the most part the shopping was fine until I went to use a couple of coupons. My store allows me to use computer printed coupons. The checkout clerk that one look at mine and said we always have problems with these, because they can be copied. I resent the fact that she thought I was trying to cheat the system. I am an avid couponer and INever cheat the system. My main concern today was the cleanliness of the pharmacy waiting area. As a person with asthma, waiting to receive my vaccination, I would’ve expected the area to be well cleaned. I did notice a staff member wiping down the chairs and what not however I snapped a couple pictures that look like the floors hadn’t been cleaned in days. And people wonder why I sat there sneezing. There was so much dust around the baseboard and all the legs of the chairs that I was compelled to photograph it. Otherwise the vaccination experience was great. Thank you"

"Tried to drop of a prescription while I was shopping (on a Monday), didn't realize I was a day early getting it filled. I haven't had any sort of prescription for about 15 years since my parents were getting them,, I don't know all the of ins and outs. They told me they could fill it the next day. So I make another trip and come back Tuesday - then they tell me they can't fill it until Thursday? WTF is this about? I had to call my doctor, have an "emergency" session to get a new prescription written, and then bring that in. Perhaps not 100% Fred Meyer's fault because our medical system is just a joke all around. For the last 6 months I've been jumping through hoops and hitting road blocks, seeing doctors that don't listen or don't allow the patient to get a word in edgewise. And this isn't even a new treatment. It's a treatment and diagnosis I had a long time ago and am finally trying to resume. And we wonder why so many people never end up getting the help they need."
