"Just adding the next terrible review! Accredo is absolutely the most absurd company I have ever dealt with. The worst part, they handle specialty medicines for people who are relying on them to keep serious illnesses in check! Who owns this company? Do they even care what they are doing? Or not doing? I have been waiting to fill my prescription for the first time for 3 weeks now. They have another reason that it's not being filled each day. Ridiculous..."

"Extremely incompetent and poor standard of care. I've been trying to get on my medication for several weeks, and it seems that their staff lose my prescription entirely if I don't call every 48 hours on the dot. I told them repeatedly over multiple different calls that they were using my secondary insurance and to change it, but it seems that they never get the memo. To any healthcare providers or facilities: DO NOT BOTHER. THEY WILL FAIL TO COOPERATE WITH YOUR PATIENTS' CARE. XOXO"

"A pharmacy specializing in incompetence. They called me but were unsure why. When my first prescription was sent to them it took them weeks to attempt to fill it, at which point my old insurance had expired. They were prepared to fill my prescription every three months and when I told them IUDs last several years and don't need to be regularly, they continued to push back on sending them regularly. They asked me my doctor's address and office number multiple times, even though it was already on the prescription that they were sent and patients just don't generally have that information without looking it up. They also had no idea that I'd never had them fill a prescription before and seemed to know nothing about IUDs. It makes me really nervous that they seem fully incompetent. Every person I've spoken to on the phone barely speaks English, as well."

"Worst company that I have ever dealt with. They processed one of my medications for my asthma correctly but cannot manage to correctly process the second medication. I have been without this medication two months, have wasted 5 hours on the phone and spoken with 12 different people. They each tell me a completely different answer and then when the calls get sent to the supervisor, they promise to get me my medication in a few days, do not call me back, and then I have to start all over."

"It took nearly 30 minutes just to figure out they called me. Then after an hour, they finally figured out they cancelled my prescription for who knows why. They also told me they couldn't work on my prescription without me on the phone. I have never heard anything so asinine in my life. I'm in horrible pain with AS and without my medication. This is why you don't let insurance companies (Express Scripts) run medical facilities. This is beyond gross incompetence."
