"This place is weird. They sold me recalled thyroid medication. I of course had my prescriptions transferred immediately. Paramount was uncooperative with the new pharmacy, first refusing to transfer the prescriptions, then making the new pharmacy fax a formal statement requesting the transfer. Then the pharmacist called me. He made me state verbally that I wanted the prescriptions transferred. Then he asked me why, made some weird statements, and wanted me to bring him the recalled medication. I had to hang up on him at that point. This place is just really weird."

"Terrible at delivering to right address. Never notify you of ship via email call or whatever. Dont tell you when do not fill order due to lack of supplies. Takes 1-2 weeks to fill an order that should take 3-4 days. Thinking new staff or owner? because this place used to be amazing and now the workers are snotty, rude, condescending and gossip, want to know why you need stuff like what? Ask my doctor. We have candida dont you know what these drugs are used for? Headaches everytime I call."

"It is crazy that I am even running into this problem. The pharmacy hours say you close at 5 Monday through Friday, yet you're closed at one this Friday? I had a very important and time sensitive prescription to pick up but the office is closed? I have been so diligent and patient fighting thyroid cancer. This is just not right. I seem to put more time and energy into fighting doctors and pharmisutical companies than the cancer that is slowly killing me. Thanks for nothing"
