"I’m used to be Barttel farmacy and now swap to Walgreens but I got it to move to the other pharmacy because they don’t have a good customer service. I had to make two phone call for the answer spoken with a person as well.when I go for My medication is not ready for pick up. Come on ☺️"

"I have been on HOLD (phone) for the pharmacy for 1 HOUR and 40 MINUTES and counting. Still waiting. It is almost closing time and if they hang up on me I will have to WALK up there! This is ridiculous!"

"Poor customer service! Poor communication with patients. I went there post hospital discharge. They didn’t have the medications in store that my wife couldn’t afford to miss the same evening and the next day. I went in there for them to be able to let me know that they don’t have the meds on site, instead they said I should come back later only to tell me that they will only get the meds the next day or after. A good service would be to let me know over the phone to go look somewhere else. Changing another store right away."

"POS Seem to have been in a rush not caring about the patients/customers. On top of that was sold the wrong insulin needles I asked are they still safe to use for pets? For these aren't the normal needles that are used to give my pet his insulin for he's diabetic They told me "we are out of the needles you normally used show them a picture told "yeah these needles would still be safe" didn't really seem to understand what I was saying and seemed to be in a rush. used the needles my cat ended up in the emergency for 3 days almost over night glad he's alright doing much better but almost was a close call. Highly pisssed that these "pharmacists" sold me the wrong needles and not care when I asked questions vet bill was 4k. Never had a problem with this walgreens pharmacy until Early September of this year lousy services and don't seem to care if they almost kill someone all they want is money."
