"Dude is a creep. Stay away."
"Left a lot to be desired - We met Joseph at a couples retreat that he was hosting. He decided that he wanted to work with us after the retreat because he was certain he could help us. I was a mess in the beginning, living in fear and afraid of what my spouse would do to me if I didn't just "shut up and go along". Dealing with Joseph, I found my strength (he was constantly making me the focal of sessions). I asked him not to do this and he still continued. I eventually was able to control my emotions and this did not sit well with Joseph. Radical Acceptance, Realistic expectations and some Stoicism is what I found to be helpful for me. not optimal, but workable. That did not set well with him. He wanted me upset and emotional. When I said I was done being upset and emotional because I was in control of my emotions he said "I can't help you" and showed us the door. We never left a session feeling closer. I looked and he is also a divorce coach so he gets you coming or going it seems."
