"My parents made me come here some time in 2017 because they thought that I needed therapy after I had become briefly homeless that year due to a roommate bailing on me and not being able to keep up with bills on a minimum wage job alone. They paid for the sessions; I quit after six sessions because the only thing The Therapist did was listen and then make me feel like all I had done was waste my life, that there was nothing I could do to help myself, and that I was not wrong in my understanding that no-one around me (even my parents) would help me in my darkest hours (which was my experience at that time). I don't think I'll ever trust therapy as a source for self betterment as a result. I even blacked the location out of my mind because the memories were so painful, I just found the place again by accident and figured it may be helpful for others to provide review of my experiences."
