"Whoever is taking phone calls isn't very personable or helpful. She didn't listen to me and gave no helpful information. It's hurtful when you're spoken to in a condescending way. She needs customer service training!"

"I should have listened to the reviews on this place. I do not recommend at all. We got a supervisor at our house one time for an assessment and then they laid off a bunch of people including our person without warning or reason. This is after we had difficulty scheduling the assessment in the first place. If your looking for consistency, transparency, and urgency you are not going to find it here."

"There are two sides to this company......the management and the therapist. 1. The Management: If you can have a negative star, that is what I would give Management. The owner should sell the business to someone that can manage things better and someone that have customer services skills because he has zero management skills and even worse customer service skills. I have emails to prove this incase anyone is interested! 2. The therapist: Here is the good part! The therapist are awesome beyond words especially Danni and Crystal. I am willing to take my son to any other company that these two therapist go as long as it is not managed by the currently owner and management! Finally, I wish I has taken the reviews by other people seriously because the negative reviews are spot on! I started services with them in May and here we are in July I have ended service with them! If Basic NW is the only ABA company left in the world I will not sign up with them as long as the current owner and management are there!"

"The BTs and our supervisors were great. There was way too much turnover though. 4 supervisors in a year and a half. Makes me worry about upper management. Will try elsewhere. Too many transitions for us."

"Terrible service. Makes scheduling promises they don't keep. Uptight bts try to take over your home when they do show up. Started therapy with my son and then just ditched us. This company needs competiton badly. They are not worth your time."
